This is a copy of Houses Under the Sea, published by Subterranean Press in 2019. The only real damage on this one is that nasty scrape at the bottom of the spine. It scuffed the dust jacket pretty badly, and kind of scrunched the book, as you can see in the photos. Otherwise, this one is in great condition, with very clean pages and tight binding, barely even opened, but to check condition.
